I would like to thank the following alumni volunteers who helped last weekend at the 555 Work Weekend (sorry if I forgot anyone):

There were also a few actives there that helped with folding Pi Cry’s and minor cleanup.

The work we were able to complete was as followed:

1. New Screen Doors on the front entrance, driveway entrance and back deck.
2. New Exterior Doors for the upstairs bedroom above the back deck and the basement door under the back deck.
3. New keyless locks and door knobs for the driveway and back deck doors.
4. Plastering wall damage on the main floor
5. Installed new Thermostat
6. Assembled the Pi Cry for mailing (350+ mailings)
7. Fixed a portion of the metal drainage sheets under the deck. This will have to be completed at the next work weekend to fix some design problems.

Unfortunately do to the rain we were unable to stain the back deck, this will have to be accomplished at the next work weekend in August.

The following is additional work that needs to be completed during the August 28th work weekend:

Staining the Back Deck
Finishing out the interior trim work for the two new exterior doors
Drywall and mud/texture the dilapidated plaster for the upstairs “death” room (room with door overlooking back deck)
Install Security screen for the thermostat
Test the thermostat
Replacement of glass for kitchen window
Seal attic window prior to winter

This is just items that must get done there are other not critical items of work that can be completed depending on the turn out.
